Following the CBN’s relaxation of its requirement for all Nigerian banks to move to a uniform December year end, the Board of UBA has decided to retain its existing September year end.

Consequently UBA anticipates next reporting audited results for the 12-months ended 30 September 2008 some time around late November/early December.
