These loans are for the purchase / development of private houses usually secured with the property being financed. Repayments are made over a maximum period of 7 years.
- Auto Loans
Loans for the purchase of selected brands / models of automobiles from UBA's accredited auto dealers/vendors usually secured with the automobile, and sometimes customer's employer's guarantee.
- Personal Loans (No Wahala Loan)
Loans to augment individual customer's cash flow to enable him/her meet personal needs e.g. school fees, bills payment, rents, holidays, etc. Repayment is limited to direct debit on the customer's salary account
- Executive Loans
Loans to middle/top executives of well established companies whose salaries are paid regularly through UBA to enable them meet personal needs
- OverDraft Max
Loans in the form of overdraft allowed to customers of the bank employed full time by reputable companies and whose salaries are drawn regularly through UBA
