Application Requirements

• Completed account opening form
• 2 passport photographs
• Valid Identity Card, which includes any of
  
  • Int’l passport
  • Driver’s Licence
  • National ID with another ID that captures prospect’s signature
  • Employer’s ID
  • Student/NYSC ID
  • Town Union ID
  • Residential Estate ID
  • Association ID
  • Societies ID
  •  Professional group ID, or
• Any of the following can also serve as means of identification:
  1. Letter of identification from a Local Government Official.
  2. Letter or reference card from a person of responsibility    i.e. Solicitor, Doctor, Minister of religion, senior public servant etc.
  3. Letter of reference/identity certification of prospect by an existing current account holder.
     N/B (your passport photo must be attached to the letters in 1, 2 or 3 above)
  4. Copy of utility bill not exceeding three months old.
